The Fall Detection Button is a wearable device that alarms to a Advanced Pager (Sold separately) if it senses the user may have fallen. Can be worn around the neck, as a broach or on a belt clip.
If the Fall Detection Button moves into a horizontal position (flat) it will go into a silent pre-alarm phase for 15 seconds then a further audible pre-alarm phase for 15 seconds. after 30 seconds of pre-alarm the Fall Detection Pendant will alarm to the pager.
The automatic fall detection bracelet comes with a one-year battery (supplied with a spare battery). The fall detector provides an alarm for staff to help the elderly or patients who struggle to walk.

The Fall Detection Button has been designed to work with a range of Alert-it Pagers. There may need to be a period of adjusting and setting up. Te Wana Ltd wants to work with you in this period and support you to understand the features and settings. If during this initial 30 day period the Fall Detection Button does not meet your needs, you can get a full refund. Fall Detection Button will need to be returned in full working order in as new condition with the original packaging. Return postage will need to be paid. The cost of repair of any damage will be deducted from any refund due, and a proportion for wear & tear.
After 30 days and up to 60 days (2 months) from purchase, you may still return the system for a 75% refund. Again, you will need to pay the postage back to us.
